Refund Policy – Pride Heroes

At Pride Heroes, we take pride in making sure every supporter receives their order in great condition while also contributing to meaningful community fundraising.

Eligibility for Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days (1 week) of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused (except for identifying the issue), in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Exclusions

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing once the item has been delivered.

Fundraising Contribution

As a portion of every sale is donated to LGBTQIA+ communities, youth, and partner organisations, refunds may not include the portion already contributed to these initiatives.

We appreciate your support and understanding as every order helps us spread courage, pride, and community love.
