Purchase & Cancellation Policy – Pride Heroes

When you place an order with Pride Heroes, you’re not only supporting our small business but also contributing to fundraising efforts that directly benefit LGBTQIA+ communities, youth, and partner organisations.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch, and cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellations After Dispatch & Refunds

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days (1 week) of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused (except for identifying the issue), in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Fundraising Contribution

As a percentage of every purchase goes directly to community fundraising, cancellations and refunds may not include the portion already contributed to these initiatives.
